Major Camp Eagle Rock Events

General Camp Rules & Guidelines
  • No smoking or use of tobacco in any form.

  • No consumption of alcoholic beverages.

  • No use of illegal drugs and/or drug paraphernalia.

  • Parking in designated parking areas

  • Copy of “Certificate of Training” for any certified instructor is required for that activity (high ropes course, rappelling tower, etc.)

  • ATV use by Camp Manager approval only (no minors approved for use)

  • Speed limit 15 mph

  • Rental period 24 hours

  • Pool(s) – Use only per designated hours and adult supervision required for all minors to use. No lifeguard is provided by the camp. Pools are large above ground 3.5–4 ft. deep.

  • Minors are not allowed to drive, which includes any camp vehicles or equipment.

  • Please don’t bring pets or animals.

  • Ten (10%) percent of camp fee (rental deposit) is required to confirm date requested.

  • Camp Manager will provide a Camp Orientation with group coordinator to cover emergencies, evacuation and assembly plan, and additional camp information.

You must provide a certificate of insurance naming Royal Rangers as the additional insured before camp use.
